DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
The City of Stockbridge understands that Civil engineering and site development phase of the building and permitting process is the critical path for the success of any development project. The City recognizes that the permitting process is the riskiest stage of any development project. Therefore, our staff and land development teams have the necessary experience in the successful delivery of hundreds of development projects on behalf of private clients, higher education institutions, and public municipalities. We work hard to ensure that the permitting process does not cause project changes, scheduled delays, or cost overruns.
